Yahoo's Microsoft-Icahn-Google bill reaches $73 million |

Being reported over at CNET, Yahoo has a nice little bill and nothing to show for it. For the past few months, Yahoo has dug itself into a nice little hole. First, there was the buyout bid by Microsoft, that many still would like to see happen. Yahoo's CEO Yang, decided his presious little company was worth more than what the redmon company was willing to pay. |

That is what the new President elect said to voters as he started his victory speech. We now know who will lead this country for the next four years, like it or not. For those who voted for Barack Obama, lets hope he gets it right. For those who were John McCain Supporters, I guess we will see if you get your "I told you so" in during the next four years. |

Well, it's a done deal. Google has decided that the risk of the protracted legal battle and the risk of hurting relationships with current partners is too much to try and take on according to a CNN report. This will be a major setback to Yahoo and could bring another attempt from Microsoft. |

Dell asks workers to take unpaid leave in latest cost-saving effort |

The Austin Business Journal is reporting that Dell has asked it's employees to help with cost cutting by taking 1-5 days of unpaid vacation. “We’re implementing a program that helps better position Dell for long-term competitiveness,” says spokesman David Frink. “What we’re trying to do is address costs in a way that gives employees more choices.” |
